Светлана: Coaches Information Please find below the information for this year's Rushmoor Rose Bowl International. I trust that both you and your team will enjoy and benefit from meeting gymnasts from so many different Countries. FRIDAY NIGHT TRAINING As teams arrive they will be slotted in to the training rotation schedule – 20 minute rotations on the warm up area followed by 20 minute rotations on the competition area. Training will be available from 4.00 pm for all teams arriving on Friday. Resident teams may train during the day. End of Competition 18:00 18:30 March-on of all teams and presentation of awards. The Gala Reception The Gala Reception for V.I.P.’s, teams and officials will take place at Rushmoor Gymnastics Academy, Pool Road, Aldershot, commencing at 20.00. Competitors without their own transport are recommended to bring a change of clothes and a towel to shower and change at the gym. Dress Code Smart Casual! By 21.00 Coaches to confirm competitors entered into Finals (use form provided). If you do not confirm your competitor’s participation, they will be replaced by the next on the list. COMPETITION INFORMATION The Competition regulations permit only 2 coaches per team on the floor. Raising and lowering of the high and low bars is allowed if the gymnast’s feet can touch the floor when hanging on the top bar. Safety mats - for landing from Vault, Bars and Beam - an additional 10cm safety mat may be used. On floor a 5cm safety mat will be allowed for double back Saltos, and D and E Saltos. Vault, Bars and Beam by G.E.S. Floor (Brand New) by Continental Sports. Attire Coaches should wear a tracksuit. Technical Briefing A technical briefing for coaches will take place on the 2nd Floor area adjacent to the main arena prior to each warm-up round. Competition Numbers and Tapes/CD’s or Mini Discs These will be issued at Registration. It is recommended that gymnasts bring 2 copies of their floor music, one to be retained and one to be deposited at Registration. We can cater for all three of these formats. Music Would Coaches / Gymnasts please ensure that the music cover contains the following information: 1) Name of Gymnast 2) Team name 3) Competition Number Working Order for Floor Working order for floor must be recorded on the sheet provided and handed in at Registration. Warm-Up As is normal practice, you will start your warm-up, on the second of your competition events, thus finishing on your opening piece. We will be using the same format as most Major Events with all warm-ups taking place on the adjacent warm up area. Warm-ups will be timed and your team will be notified when to be ready to move to the Competition floor. Please be prompt and adhere to the requests of your Floor Managers to ensure the smooth running of the event. Seating Would teams who have finished competing please use the Competitors Seating provided. The Gala Reception Please could you inform any supporters that come with you, that we are unable to cater for them at the reception due to the very large numbers we have to cater for. I am sure that if the parents are aware of this from the start we will not offend anyone on the night. Entry to the reception will be by ticket only. TIMETABLE FOR SUNDAY 22nd OCTOBER Failure to confirm competitor entry into the Finals by 21.00 Saturday evening will result in the next placed gymnast being included in the draw. 09:15 Open Warm-up for Individual Finals. 10:30 Vault and Beam Final (first 5 competitors) 10:55 Warm-up 11:00 Vault and Beam Final (second 5 competitors) 11:25 Warm-up 11:30 Bars and Floor Final (first 5 competitors) 11:55 warm-up 12:00 Bars and Floor Final (second 5 competitors) Coaches please note: All finalists will be introduced at the start of the competition. There will be 10 gymnasts in each final with NO carry-over score. Two finals will be run consecutively. Vault and Beam, and then Bars and Floor. Competition order will be distributed at the reception on Saturday night. There will be no introductions between each round of apparatus. Gymnasts will however be required to meet at the marshalling area in order to march on and present themselves to the judges at the start of each round. All presentations will take place at the end of the competition. As finals sometimes overrun, we have allowed a finishing time of approximately 13:00 for a suitable margin if we have extra gymnasts in finals due to a tied place in the first round. We hope that the Rushmoor Rose Bowl International will prove to be a valuable experience for you all, and hopefully you and your club will be able to join us once again in 2008. There will once again, courtesy of our sponsors TAG Farnborough and The Zone be a sightseeing trip to London on Sunday afternoon and evening. This will be a coach trip with a guide (we hope Frank is available again) finishing at Covent Garden. This trip is for all of the foreign teams who are not departing on the Sunday afternoon. Please let Colin know as soon as possible if your team wishes to take this opportunity so that we can book the appropriate transport. The first, second and third placed individual gymnasts overall. * The Perpetual Trophy remains at the RGA after the event. Day 2 Individual Apparatus Final Competition III FIG Rules The top ten gymnasts from Day 1 (to a maximum of three per team) on each discipline will compete for the Individual Apparatus Titles. Scores will NOT be carried over from Day 1. A Rose Bowl will be presented to the winning gymnast and medals will be presented to the first, second and third placed gymnasts on each piece of apparatus. Правда: Ну не знаю,Дина Толстых постоянно выгоняет с тренировок,хочет ее вообще выгнать. У Иры от больших нагрузок начались проблемы со здоровьем.
Светлана: Правда Иришка очень талантливая девочка, а проблемы со здоровьем, как я уже писала в разделе про Настю Гришину, есть у всех гимнасток и гимнастов, которые серьезно занимаются спортивной гимнастикой. Вы бы вот написали, у кого на ваш взгляд нет проблем со здоровьем? Очень интересно узнать о таком уникоме
Правда: Я не против Иры и даже считаю ее талантливой,и очень надеюсь , что Ира поедет и позанимает все места!Пусть Гришина -мама обзавидуется!!! А то считают тут разные, что кроме Гришеной Насти детей талантливых и трудолюбивых нет. Так что, ИРИНА- вперед за медалями!!! Я очень надеюсь, что у Иры все заживет и пройдет, она будет тренироваться и побеждать!!!

Светлана: Правда Да вроде все есть Жить девчонки и тренеры будут в гостиннице при зале а еще им обещаны экскурсии, которые организаторы бесплатно делают для гостей

Мамочка: А почему Иру оформили там,а не в Москве или в Кашире ? Извините , но я не понимаю всех тонкостей гимнастики ,зачем отдавать другому городу нашу талантливую гимнастку ?

Светлана: 26.10.2007 15:00 Золотая команда «ЦСКА» Победительницы из "ЦСКА"В Великобритании в тихом городке Хемпшире завершилось XXVI Открытое первенство по спортивной гимнастике среди женских клубов Великобритании, команды из Южной Африки и команды из России. В первенстве выступало 93 спортсменки. Первое место завоевала команда «ЦСКА» (Москва). С момента основания Академии Гимнастики Rushmoor в 1974 году, на этом турнире был установлен абсолютный рекорд по количеству медалей, завоеванных одной командой - четырнадцать. Предыдущая цифра равнялась шести. На огромном хрустальном Кубке, который является переходящим, среди названий прочих известных команд будет теперь и гравировка «ЦСКА» Москва. - Предугадать результат заранее было трудно, т.к среди наших гимнасток только одна имела опыт выступлений на международной арене - это член молодежной сборной команды России и абсолютная победительница Спартакиады школьников 2007г. Алия Мустафина. Остальные спортсменки выступали на турнире такого ранга впервые, - признается тренер российской команды «ЦСКА» Дина Камалова. В финале по отдельным видам состязаний на наших гимнасток просто обрушился "золотой дождь". Алия Мустафина стала чемпионкой во всех четырех видах многоборья, Ирина Толстых - взяла серебро на вольных, Мария Пасека - бронзу на опорном прыжке, Неля Мустафина - серебро на бревне и брусьях, Анастасия Карпова - бронзу на бревне и брусьях. Вольные упражнения для гимнасток составляла известный хореограф Раиса Ганина, которая знаменита своим профессионализмом. Именно она помогала Елене Замолодчиковой в составлении композиции в вольных упражнений в Сиднеи: - Сейчас программы гимнастов сводятся к "диагональным проходам". Элементы, которые демонстрируют спортсмены, действительно сложные, но превратились в обычный набор элементов и потеряли такое понятие, как хореография. А вся программа, ограничивается минутой и двадцатью секундами. - Ошибок избежать не удалось. Однако разница в классе оказалось слишком очевидной и наши спортсменки с большим отрывом сумели занять первое место, - комментирует итог тренер российской команды «ЦСКА» Сергей Зеликсон. Качество подготовки юных гимнасток во многом определяется уровнем профессионализма тренерского состава данной команды.
